West Texas is getting its own technology conference: one day, four tracks, 150 to 300 working technologists, IT staff, and job seekers from Abilene, San Angelo, Midland, and the rest of the region. Produced here, by a Texas company, for the people who keep this part of the state running. Twenty-four hometown businesses cover the room.

How to commit
- Request an invoice. Email sponsors@lonestartechcon.com with your business name, how it should be listed, and a billing contact. Rural Capital, LLC invoices net 30; pay by ACH or check. If you signed a commitment card with us in person, we already have what we need.
- Send your logo (PNG or SVG) to the same address, or tell us to pull it from your website.
- You're listed. Your name goes on the sponsors section the week we hear from you.
Prefer to pay by card? Say so in the email and we'll send a secure card-payment link with the invoice.
Want more?
Silver ($1,250 through October 31, $1,500 after) adds a larger logo and two passes. A vendor table ($700 early, $800 after) puts you on the floor; Silver plus a table is $2,150. Gold names one of the three content tracks. Everything is on the sponsorship page and in the prospectus (PDF).
The fine print, short version
You are contracting with Rural Capital, LLC, a Texas company. Every sponsorship is confirmed in writing. If we cancel, you get a full refund; if you withdraw by October 31, 2026, you get a full refund. We do not sell attendee lists, and sponsorship never buys a speaking slot.
